If you venture out to a game sometime, you'll likely see our photographer in action. The man behind the lens is Fernando Rendon '16, who has been with us since the 2024 season.

Fernando is based in the Chicagoland area, specializing in sports, events, portraits, as well as travel and landscape photography. Whether it's capturing the intensity of a game, the energy of an event, the personality in a portrait, or the beauty of a landscape, Fernando brings a creative and reliable approach to every shoot.

His work includes assignments for United Airlines, The Cheesecake Factory, Downers Grove Economic Development Commission, Newton Media, a variety of small businesses, and local families who trust him to document their milestones.

In his free time, Fernando enjoys traveling, going to baseball games, playing video games, and trying out new restaurants. He’s always seeking new experiences that fuel his creativity and help him connect with the people and places around him.
