Montini Baseball is rooted in faith and built on the belief that how we compete matters just as much as the results. Every pitch, every rep, and every moment is an opportunity to live out the values that define our program.

We believe true development, both on the diamond and in character, comes through consistently facing difficult competition, so when postseason baseball arrives, our Broncos are battle-tested, confident, and ready for whatever challenge lies ahead.
Montini Baseball intentionally builds a demanding schedule full of high-caliber competition; our opponents last season finished with a combined winning percentage of .557. As a proud member of the Chicago Catholic League, one of the oldest and most competitive high school athletic conferences in Illinois with a rich history of producing state-level teams and champions, we face a relentless conference schedule that demands preparation, focus, and resilience every time we take the field. Our annual Spring Break trip is strategically scheduled to enhance our competitive slate by matching our players against strong out-of-state opponents in meaningful games designed to accelerate growth.
Mixed in with all of this is the Do It Stevie’s Way Tournament, a long-standing memorial tournament honoring the spirit of Steven Bajenski and featuring some of the best programs in the Chicagoland area. Our players are tested against elite talent early and often – there are no breaks in our schedule.
