The Thanksgiving season is a time to count our blessings and enjoy time with family and friends. At Montini Baseball, we’re incredibly thankful for an unforgettable night at our annual Thanksgiving Camp.
Nearly 60 Future Broncos battled the elements and showed up ready to work, bringing incredible energy and enthusiasm from start to finish. While Mother Nature pushed us indoors for the first time in the camp’s six-year history, it didn’t slow this group down one bit. From third through eighth grade, campers brought great attitudes, competitive spirit, and plenty of smiles all night long.
Montini Baseball hosts Thanksgiving Camp to give young players one last opportunity to sharpen their skills before the offseason while learning directly from our players, alumni, and coaches. Campers rotated through stations focused on pitching, defense, and hitting, each designed to teach fundamentals while keeping things fast-paced and fun. Skills were developed, confidence was built, and new friendships were formed – exactly what this camp is all about.
We wrapped up the night with a brand-new camp favorite: an exciting “Heads or Tails” competition to win a Bronco Baseball Care Package for the 2026 season. Packed with gum, seeds, baseball cards, and more, it had everything a ballplayer needs to kick off the year the right way. Congratulations to our winner, Emmett!
A special thank you goes out to our alumni who volunteered their time and energy: Drew Church (’25), AJ Manganello (’24), and Jack Angus (’21). Their enthusiasm, experience, and connection to the program made a huge impact on the night and truly elevated the camp experience.
Check out some of our favorite moments from a great evening below. We can’t wait to do it all again soon.
