The Broncos put together a dominant performance on Monday, shutting out the Leo Lions 11–0.

Nick Sheeran sparked the offense with a two-run double, Jackson Simek followed by drawing a bases-loaded walk, and Julio Ayala added another run with a groundout to give the Broncos an early four-run lead. Montini continued to apply pressure in the second inning when Drew Church singled to center field to make it 5–0, and a double by Kameron Cox in the third extended the advantage to six.

Jimmy Fitzpatrick closed out the shutout and was credited with the save. Lewis took the loss for Leo, working five and one-third innings and surrendering seven runs (six earned) on eight hits with three strikeouts.
